Interactive 3D Towns and Cities

We work with local authorities and regeneration companies throughout the UK, as well as with developers around the world, to produce interactive 3D models of towns, cities and large developments. These models can serve a wide range of different purposes – just a few ideas are listed below.

• Inform the public about proposed redevelopment and regeneration in their town centre
• Provide visitors with an interactive way-finding tool to locate key areas of interest
• Show how rising sea levels, new transport strategies or other factors could affect where we live
• Provide planners with a clear visual tool to assist in the consideration of planning applications
• Engage with school children about the future of their town and show their ideas in context

Turning your 3D models into interactive applications

We believe that by creating a 3D model of an existing location, we are providing communities and their leaders with a valuable visual resource that will serve them long into the future. The 3D models that we are building now will undoubtedly evolve and develop over time to reflect real and proposed changes to the towns and cities, and could be published many times in different ways to demonstrate new proposals, clarify complex planning issues, demonstrate innovative ideas, or attract visitors and tourists to the location.
